LEAD TIME

For ground shipments, expect your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Delivery via truck takes 7-10 business days.

For smaller products, shipping will take place through UPS Ground in 3-5 business days, and for larger items, shipping will take place via truck in 7-10 business days.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed after 12 pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders received after 12 pm EST on Fridays begin processing on the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. This will affect Jump the Line, Next Day, and Second Day shipping methods.

*It is essential that you submit a copy of your purchase receipt with your warranty registration in order to activate the product warranty. Maintaining your original proof of purchase is an absolute necessity if you wish to validate the warranty on any product.
